At the Olivia Rodrigo Official Store, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, including the packing slip, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
