When will my order ship?

Standard orders typically process within 3-5 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the specific release date listed on the product page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that music products like vinyl, CDs, and cassettes must be unopened to qualify for a return.

How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.

An item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
